Most Omian apartments have a two-night minimum, with longer minimums during peak season at certain properties. Exact terms are shown on each listing before you book.

Cancellation terms vary slightly by property and are shown clearly before you confirm your booking. As a general rule, cancellations made well in advance receive a full refund.

Booking directly often gets you a better rate, since it skips the platform fee that Airbnb and Booking.com add on top. However you find us, the same Omian team takes care of your stay from check-in to check-out — direct booking simply means reaching that team straight away, by WhatsApp, email, or phone, with no messaging layer in between.
