Als ich eine Reklamation hatte, hat Michaela sofort ubd sehr nett auf whatsapp regiert und, obwohl es schon Abend wurde, noch Personal organisiert, das uns am gleichen Abend noch eine 2. Decke vorbei gebracht und noch einmal geputzt hat.
